The Bridgestone Turanza T001, a premium segment tyre, has been tested by some of Europe's most valued organizations that test tyres. The tests date from 2015 to 2017 and include different tyre dimensions and summer periods. The overall rating for the tyre based on the test results is 86%, a very good result for a premium segment tyre. The tyre had a range of positions in the tests, from 2nd to 12th place, with the best result obtained in the wet braking discipline of the 195/65 R15 tyre tested by ADAC in 2017. The Autobild Summer tyre test 2017 225/50 R17 showed the worst result for the Bridgestone Turanza T001 in terms of brake distance, but no rating was given. The tyre won one of the tests and was recommended in another. Furthermore, it was the best in its category in the wet braking discipline of the ADAC test.
