Today we're presenting a comparison of two all-season tyres; the Falken EuroALL Season AS210 and the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750. Starting off with the Falken EuroALL Season AS210 which is developed by Falken. Its main strengths include good handling in dry environments, short wet braking distances, and good overall in wet handling. However, the Falken EuroALL Season AS210 has been criticised for having higher rolling resistance, extended dry braking, and poor aquaplaning resistance.

Coming to the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750. This all-around tyre has been well received due to its excellent performances in dry handling, short dry braking distance, and very short wet braking distances. Additionally, it offers exceptional levels of comfort and low rolling resistance. Notably, the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 replaced the Hankook Kinergy 4S and is developed by Hankook. Nevertheless, like the Falken EuroALL Season AS210, it has poor aquaplaning resistance and an average snow performance.

Both tyres were part of several tests where the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 generally outperformed the Falken EuroALL Season AS210. In the TyreReviews.com and Autobild tests, the Hankook tyre ranked 4th out of 27, ahead of the Falken tyre which ranked 7th. In terms of their best features, the Hankook tyres excelled in dry handling, wet braking, and aquaplaning resistance, while the Falken tyres performed well in terms of exterior noise, comfort and price/value ratio.

Interestingly, despite their shortcomings, the two tyres were complemented for their capacity of delivering good traction and short braking distances on snow. They offer high mileage – another great advantage for those who are planning long trips.

Summarising, the Falken EuroALL Season AS210 is a reasonably priced tyre that provides good handling and comfort. However, its high rolling resistance and poor aquaplaning resistance could be deal-breakers for some users.

In contrast, the Hankook Kinergy 4S2 H750 might be a better bet with its brilliant dry handling, short wet braking distances, and low rolling resistance. Users may need to consider its adequate-for-most but under stellar snow performance and poor aquaplaning resistance in making a tyre choice.
