In our latest examination of summer tyres from BFGoodrich, we have selectively evaluated a few models based on recent test results to provide insights into their performance and effectiveness. Among the tested tyres, the BFGoodrich Advantage stands out. This model has been rigorously assessed in multiple independent tests, showcasing its continued relevance and adaptability in the ever-evolving tyre market.

The BFGoodrich Advantage tyre, not being a part of a replaced series, has demonstrated consistent quality across various dimensions. In the 2024 Autobild test, this tyre earned a commendable "good" rating for its size 205/55 R16, thanks to its dynamic dry handling, quiet ride comfort, low rolling resistance, and competitive pricing. However, it does exhibit a tendency to understeer on wet surfaces. Similarly, in the Autobild's 2022 evaluation in size 215/55 R17, it was praised for its stable performance and short braking distances on dry roads while maintaining a quiet ride. Yet, similar wet condition challenges were noted, including extended braking distances.

In a 2023 test conducted by ADAC with a chvalitebné (commendable) rating, the BFGoodrich Advantage continued to affirm its reliability, particularly for those prioritizing dry performance and an overall satisfying driving experience. As we progress to 2025 and beyond, the tyre maintains a position in our selection, noted in the 225/40 R18 category in the Autobild's latest results, reinforcing its status as a dependable and efficient option for summer driving. With a rating of 66, the BFGoodrich Advantage presents itself as a proven contender in the summer tyre market, balancing affordability with respectable performance attributes.
